Photonics Technicians support the development and maintenance of photonic devices and systems. They work alongside engineers and scientists to ensure that optical components and systems function effectively and meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Operation: Set up and operate optical and photonic equipment, including lasers, lenses, and sensors, for experiments and testing.
• Testing and Calibration: Conduct routine tests and calibrations to assess the performance of photonic systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Assembly and Maintenance: Assist in the assembly and maintenance of photonic devices, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
